Diamond Standard Events, LLC Will provide staff & equipment as requested. We require 4 (four) hour minimum per staff, per shift.

50% deposit on all contracts based on estimated hours. Final bill adjusted to actual hours worked.

All equipment billed through Diamond Standard Events must be paid in full prior to your event.

Cancellation of approved estimates may forfeit their deposit.  Late fee on the total amount due on invoices not paid.

Fees begin at:

15% 8-30 days

25% 31-59 days

50% 60-90 days

91 day begins collections.
